The only challenge is occasionally long hours during big campaigns, but it is typical in the corporate world. Fortunately, the team balances it well.

Dislikes

No skill development and personal growth. They don’t have any work mechanism, only unrealistic expectations. There’s no learning as there are no seniors or team meetings. The work environment is not as elite as the name suggests.

Toxic work culture. No support from the management and team. You’re on your own. You’ll be assigned with the work, you’re not entitled to do as and if you say anything they will lash on you negatively even though you’re handling everything seamlessly.
