I have not worked in this company. I have take only the test. I was fortunate not to destroy my valuable time by working for this company.

At first this company is bringing daily Job ADs. No product, company etc. which is genuine and has good quality requires daily ADs. Only those which has poor quality brings ADs daily to sell it. Now, this company is basically for freshers who can work below daily wage worker and at any worst condition. So, this company giving in test Essay, MCQ which is mainly for freshers even for QA. They may take QA but will not give any facilities like night shift allowance, PF, medical facility, etc. and pay on line basis like most other Medical Transcription Companies. Salary will be at fresher level. These Transcription Companies as of now just tries to pay as least as possible. These Industry has no future. As an experienced person of more than 6 years, my request for all is not to join this Transcription Industry. Just join in any other industry, which has growth. Manager support for AR caller is Good. No proper projects, Company deal with Only scrap projects,No proper training will be provided by trainers, Basically Trainers only dont know anything,U just have to go with the flow.

No proper salary structure, Salary will be credited after 10th of every Month, Forget about PF, Those who r working since Years for them Also PF is not credited in there accounts.Better to not deal with this Company, Simply don't waste your time If u want to focus on your career, Otherwise u can just Chill in the Office.
