Summary:

  • The HRBP - Talent Acquisition will be responsible for developing and implementing group-wide recruitment strategies, managing the end-to-end hiring process, and contributing to employer branding initiatives.
  • This role will also collaborate with Unit HRs to understand their hiring needs and leverage social media for talent sourcing and engagement.
  • Act as the Lead HR for Elico Healthcare, providing guidance and support on all talent acquisition-related matters

Role & responsibilities :

Recruitment Strategy:

a) Develop and implement group-wide recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.

b) Collaborate with Unit HRs to understand their hiring needs and develop targeted recruitment plans.

c) Leverage social media and other online platforms for talent sourcing and engagement.

d) Develop and implement campus recruitment strategies to attract and hire recent graduates.

  • Hiring Process:

a) Manage the end-to-end hiring process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and extending offers.

b) Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

c) Conduct background checks on potential candidates.

  • Employer Branding:

a) Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.

b) Develop and implement strategies to promote the company's culture and values to potential candidates.

  • Recruitment Metrics:

a) Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and identify areas for improvement.

b) Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities and outcomes.

  • Diversity Hiring:

a) Develop and implement strategies to promote diversity in hiring.

b) Ensure that recruitment practices are fair and inclusive.

  • Collaboration and Support:

a) Provide insights and recommendations to enhance Talent Acquisition processes and strategies.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a proven track record of success in developing and implementing recruitment strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, tools, and technologies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders.
  • Data-driven and analytical, with experience in tracking and analyzing recruitment metrics.
  • Passionate about attracting and hiring top talent.
