I have worked at many companies before, but have never come across a culture and a team that is so supportive and encouraging and at the same time provides feedback to constructively improve. Iam thankfull to the managers and the CEO and believe that this team and company can make difference.

There are instances where the management of this company have gone out of the way to support employees. Hard work and good work valued here. Unlike many other companies, there is no politics in Elexes, a very focused organisation where work is gratifying.

Dislikes

Personnel looking for comfort zones should not apply, as the consulting environment , by the core nature of it, is competitive and requires one to work hard to get good at things , especially initially.

Career Growth, Skill Development and would be a great place for freshers. Snack benefit is there thrice a month, which is fun. Salaries will be credited on time.

Dislikes

Terrible Team works, No job security, Bad management. The work hour will be for 9 and half hours, but honestly, most of the days we have to stay much longer than that. Low salaries.
