The job is quite interesting I struggled a bit in the beginning a there was no formal training session I learnt everything on the job I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team

Working in Emami Frankross Ltd. helped me in learning advanced excel, idea about GST Filling and gathered experience about corporate culture as I was a fresher candidate there.

Our team head mam and our HOD were the worst persons to run our team well. Everything can be clearly noticed in the CCTV footage how each and every employee of specifically our team were being tortured by different means by the mam. During my work tenure of 1.5 year, I saw 5 people left the company from our team. This was so horrible situation. I can also mention that mam & HOD names but I am not that kind of uncivilised person like them. So here I am not mentioning their names. It was the REPORTING team. Well work culture,work satisfaction, work life balance , behaviour of the HR everything is bad . Actually they are double feces , when you join the company, their behaviour is very good but when you resign, they are very unethical. Also , their work place is worst , incharge, maneger will never grant your leave even though you aresick. Even the company doesn't leave you when you got the batter opportunity , because their notice period is 2month......even they doesn't release you when you are agree to give one month salary.
