I didn't know how big the team was before i joined. After joining found out the team is quite big. Everyone has their defined work and working for a common goal which is to level up and get the competitive advantage. A lot to implement and innovate.

They give good hike if you achieve the target. But the worst part is you have to fight for a decent appraisal.

Pathetic management, as it is run by family members of the owner. no vision, no space to work freely, often you will be ask to do things which are wrong, unprofessional and unethical.
