Company sends you abroad for 5-6 days for training but only after executing a bond of 3 yrs against Rs 5 Lacs. Because no employee in this company is more than 1.5 yr old. :). Highly priced and non technical products. Company gives a good compensation but somehow it is compensated with the amount of stress you carry daily. Travel policy is poor. Overall waste of time and hurdle in further career growth....Read More

Dislikes

There are no growth opportunities available in market after working in this company as the products are non technical and highly priced compared to other established European brands in the market. There is no job security. You never know when your director fire you and you are in a state of extreme stress when you are not prepared for it.
