Dislikes

There is no on-job training for freshers and no proper walkthrough of the projects in which experienced employee is going to work. I have to take back my suggestions most of the time, as the team & managers don't value them. The work pressure is quite high. Due to this, I have to work 10-12 hours a day. Also, there is a lack of appreciation.

Work Details

Facilitate collaboration among 15+ team members. Provide emotional support to project team members and make them feel appreciated. Provides frequent feedback on employee performance & provides support to improve skills gaps.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
