Not much pressure is there at the company and there is no work to do. No clients as such to work with but you have to achieve your targets...funny.

Dislikes

Salaries are never credited on time and the policies for benefits and R&R are no longer into action. Even the number of leaves are reduced from 18 to 8 removing all the basic and important festivals.

They should treat employees properly. They don't pay your F&F on time, it should be paid after 45 days of leaving date. But i received my F&F almost after 90 days after leaving. Also salary was never credited on time. So my feedback is that please dont join this organisation. I literally had to beg for my hard earned money. So please beware of this company.
