Team salection is ok, presntation is good to traind people, job is not secure in this company, salary timing is very poor, travel allowence is good if employee is going out of station, work environment is good, management will support in running project.

Here is no standerd in all department like purchase, billing, store, etc. No perfect team to handle project and other department, Once everything is done from staff/employee in project no one will respond from managenet and not receiving calls also. No job secure, they will fire any ony one from the company without information, Ifteam is working as per management instruction and everything is communicated with proof in past based on that also no one will support. If company dont have project in continue 2 month so they don't have capacity to keep employee in company to continue, I have worked with eleganz since 2015 to 2019 and I have supported to eleganz like that is my job and in so many project was implicated and I was stand there day night and handed over projects but in last minute no one supported me. I didn't came to this company directly, I had received call from Mr. Mayank and they given me one month salary to join eleganz without interview and formalities and after 4 year that same guy send a mail to me to resign the company, I didn't expect who was bringed me that same guy removed me from the association/company. But I will say to them thank you very much because of that now I have joined a very good company in very good package and now I'm on very good position.
