Induction process is the best, good in terms for freshers to gain knowledge.

Lot to describe Worst Manager politics, specially Bharat Yadav, Sanjay Bagal. Need to work compulsary on sunday, 9:30am-8:00pm time hectic. Mobiles are not allowed. Single Printer per floor, that too working faulty, Huge mess and waste of time for prints. No pc arrangement, seating arrangement for supervisors. Huge mess, with production line, production planning, no department staaf is fixed, You need to run fast in front of seniors, indirectly you need to act fake that you are working hard, smart work is not at all accepted....Read More

At beginning the job was quite interesting. I learnt quite a good thing(work ethics) from my previous manager(retired). This helped me improving my skills. But lately realised that there is no scope for career building.

Based on my past 7 years of experience at Elegant Collection, it's a good company in SEEPZ. The work environment and culture are good. Management also supportive which brings us to achieve new mile stone. Regarding learning, its been good area to learn new things. Appraisal also fair with every year bonus. Over all it's good company.
