The only thing that I don't like is the problem the firm is facing from beginning I.e local land issues and the assessment pattern/rewards for their work.

Lets start from my career beginning. As a GET in electrical engineer joined Raw material section where I played important part in build up of RMHS Phase 1 .The initial Project consisted of 2nos. Of PMCC with 4 nos. Of 1.6 MVA TRF,MOTORS,PLC AND STACKER.
