Contractual worker ka career growth Nehi he.job security achaa he.company ka policy choda sa change ho na chahiye.contractual worker kiliye.

Rules and regulations sab kiliye same hona chahiye.for example contractual worker ka sal me 5% to 15% increment ho na chahiye.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
