My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Aprriciable politics .if you are very talented then join this company & spoil your career by self. Work life balance is so good ..like you have to work 14 to 16 hrs daily when you are on site without any complaint.

Dislikes

Poor mentality of management. Zero transperancy in HR policy. No support when you are on site. No working hrs policy . They use you like, extract juice from sugarcane stick. If you need to learn politics then this company was Master in politics.
