Aprriciable politics .if you are very talented then join this company & spoil your career by self. Work life balance is so good ..like you have to work 14 to 16 hrs daily when you are on site without any complaint.

Dislikes

Poor mentality of management. Zero transperancy in HR policy. No support when you are on site. No working hrs policy . They use you like, extract juice from sugarcane stick. If you need to learn politics then this company was Master in politics.

Leave policy is very bad, For new joining people there were no any PL still one year completion. For next year you should earn leave by present all days in running year based on that you will get next year PL. Some Indirect diduction are compalsary ( Canteen & Bus facility)

Some old employee behaviour is like they are owner of the company and harassing new employee. HR also not taking action on that. Some HR policy is worst. Salary increment done based on personal relation with boss.
