I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Aprriciable politics .if you are very talented then join this company & spoil your career by self. Work life balance is so good ..like you have to work 14 to 16 hrs daily when you are on site without any complaint.

Dislikes

Poor mentality of management. Zero transperancy in HR policy. No support when you are on site. No working hrs policy . They use you like, extract juice from sugarcane stick. If you need to learn politics then this company was Master in politics.
