I think there are many variety of things that you can learn here.

Dislikes

Working culture is not good. Process flow is not proper. Everyone working there suffers. Hr team is horrible. No feedbacks taken. Not a single action taken on complaints.

Work Details

No work life balance. Many of times I have to wait after working hours n that to after completing my work. Many Sunday's are wasted there.

Technology is new. Having opportunity to learn unic things. We can try many things openly.

Dislikes

Management is not looking closely towards growth of company. From few years company turnovers is same. Not going to increase.

I learn Hydroforming and bending trchnology. Which is useful in fabrication.

Fresher can learn new process called hydro forming. But that will overpower by politics and harassment

Dislikes

Marati favouritism, politics, harassment, poor salary. Work pressure is high. No value for efforts taken
