Management support to all Employee help for any problems.

Dislikes

Some old employee behaviour is like they are owner of the company and harassing new employee. HR also not taking action on that. Some HR policy is worst. Salary increment done based on personal relation with boss.

Good place to learn about the world of modern machine tools. They have a lot of proprietary tech. and good defence arm too. One of the few a to z in house capable technology company, starting from fabrication to IoT implementation.

Dislikes

You get a Thursday day off. Your social life will be essentially done for. At this technology level, a 5 day week becomes essential for proper functionality. The uniform too, could do with a refresh. Pay can be better.
