Working as a JRF here will help anyone know more about the different aspects of the region in which they work. Lrde has probably the best Work life balance. You can learn a hell lot from your seniors and from your colleagues as well, which can be useful for your future endeavours.

There is fixed 8 hour work which we have to do. Once that's completed, everyone leaves for home and it will be continued from the next day.
