The company has multiple business units while i would like to share my specific exp, within my department where i worked in. Unfortunately my time was not really enjoyable due to certain challenges in the workplace environment. There was a noticeable presence of workplace disparities , which impacted team dynamics and overall productivity. The management often appeared to prioritize the personal connections over merit when building the team, leading to lack of fairness and opportunities and assignments. Interactions were often not polite, and there was general lack of mutual respect among the team. This made the work environment less collaborative and more than stressful than it needed to be. Conversations were often abrupt and dismissive, creating a tense and unwelcoming atmosphere. The constructive feedback was rare, and communication often felt one-sided which made it difficult to feel valued or heard. This resulted to feel like a toxic kind of environment. I believe the company would greatly benefit from fostering a more inclusive and merit based culture,, promoting respectful communication and focusing on employee well-being<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. A more open and supportive work culture</mark>. Another significant area for improvement is the involvement of skip level managers. Regular checks-in and open forum with employees at all levels could help to identify the local-level issues that might not always surface through the direct managers. Company culture is good. Work life balance is peaceful. Benefits are satisfactory.

Dislikes

They push you to do and learn to work on complex things slowly which can also come under pros but some employees might find it stressful and paranoid. Appraisals can end up disappointing you at times though you have achieved all the goals for that particular year.
