Flexibility and Freedom are very much provided at EA. Managers and higher ups treat us very well. They do consider your mental health as well. One of the best places to work if you are looking for secured job and does not want any kind of stress, politics

Dislikes

Pay is less compared to other companies, but yeah as mentioned above you get peace of mind working here. Also most of the employees are hired through contractor not company payroll.
