electrolab is one of worst place to work, neither goof for experienced not for freshers. rnd is manipulated solely by rnd manager and coordinator, they interested in employees personal life, office politics and mind games. force employees to leave their job by intentionally torturing and taunting, compelling them to resign. office politics and partiality at peak. other managers are mere puppets. no appraisals, no future, no technical upskilling, no saturday off...Read More
