Seems to be chasing something that doesn’t make sense. As If an unclear vision wasn’t enough, the workspace is very high pressure, with a false sense of emergency, every thing is urgent and then nothing happens on time. Talking about the management, looks like it’s the CEO is ruling the place , with 0 management skills, no empathy and absolutely no decency to talk or behave in a professional space. All are concerns here no clarity what they are doing. Complete toxic behaviour, toxic culture, no ethics, no principles it is like 3rd grade organisation with egotistic CEO and with rude behaviour, he thinks that he only knows everything, he won’t trust anyone in the company. All the departments are puppets here they says yes yes fro everything what ever CEO tells. Soon will see the downfall of the this l company majorly because of CEO and one idiotic founding member I never seen such worst person in my entire life he is the main culprit for getting downfall of the company. Being myself experienced here I am telling this don’t join in this company, please avoid avoid. They talk about culture very high by the time of interview, once you join you will see the hell, no leaves, 24*7 working, stretching for long hours, no proper holiday Callander, work life balance will be pathetic. If I want to talk about the company Glassdoor reviews will not enough it will take pages and pages that means you need to understand how they are running the company, for your references see the reviews in the Glassdoor and ambition box you will get the information about company stage. 56% is recommended for the friend. Cheap gestures to pretend to have a culture for photo ops.
