Job Security is at it's peak. If you work as per guidelines set by the organization you can easily survive even the toughest times. Got lot of support inside and outside the organization to balance my professional and personal life. Company Policies are good but the growth is a bit slow. But you can enjoy working in the organization with your colleagues.

Inter department communication.

It's very good.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City, Travel Within Country.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
