I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

overall work Environment is good but job security for employees is little bit creating isue.and there is some isue of food and accomodation,which company not provided.
