There is lot of politics and large hirechery levels,Salary growth is slow but bonus is good.Sometime work pressure is more and work hours extended.Shortage of staff many time which result in high workload on existing employees.

Being an celebi employee I must say that you've a lot to let in terms of work company iss having professionalism and they also value your for your feedbacks and they also have good benefits and schemes for growth work environment is also good you can find suitable shift timings also

Salary appraisal is based on work performance you work good you'll get good salary and other benefits leave policies are good but its depends on your Leave balance if you've leave balance in your account then you'll get you'll not get whole leaves credited together in leave account you'll get half CL for one month of complete working

I am working here since june 2018.Here everybody is good specially our DM.She is very supportive and hardworking. That’s why I like to work in celebi with good team

Main problem is here only salery.New experience staff is getting better salery than older staff . older staff is working good more than new experience staff so I think they should be good increment their salery .
