Only those who are close to the management get promoted.If you are not close to the management they will hire you in Noida and throw Sonipat, panipat, Punjab, Rudrapur.Because they do not find people here, they fool people in Noida and get defeated.

Pathetic, egoistic,manipulative reporting manager. Just a sake of name it's a listed identity but purely Lala approach. Seniors sitting on site so rasale and sales clashing internally is too high just BCz of some baised project head. If you are a licker you can survive upto any extent.Worst for CPs BCz your hard work will be given to anybody with folded hands. SALES CLASHES HIGHER COMPARATIVE TO INDUSTRY NORMS.
