Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. this is one of worst company i ever work no value for employee owner is rediculus management staff is unprofessional it seems like they are operating wholesale shop not a private limited company

learn new manufacturing process.

Work pressure is very high, owner do not value an individuals unique strengths. no job training for freshers hence senior folks take advantages of this and interrupt works. management is very poor, no job security. owner can terminate any one without any intimation or notice period. salary credited very late. very poor work experience.
