Well not a good atmosphere to work. Too many people highly insecure of their jobs which also reflect in supporting the cross functional colleagues. It is govern by a single man show. No interest taken in training and skill Development.

Dislikes

They not invest in Skill development. The Management is very money oriented. You can't claim your food expenses during local travel even if it requires you to work for a whole day. Such is the cost centric approach they have. Top management will seldom joins a Manager for important meetings but if you don't convert clients you will be held responsible for that.

Work Details

Have not learned anything from the Management. They have a use and throw approach towards people. Poor man Management skills.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
