In 1 word it is "PATHETIC" place to work at, corporate politics is as high as real political parties, people here challenge each other who ka stoop down a new level of achievement. Company has no vision no ambition one day one thing other day just the opposite they say they are frugal Company let me put it on records they are not frugal they are cheapskate people no intentions of improving work life balance rather than I must say all the intentions of messing up your work life balance to the maximum you'll loose your self control this job will turn you to a different aggressive and bad mouth person. Whosoever is sitting in ac cabins at corporates have no clue what is going on at ground level they just pull out rabbit from the hat and everyone around clapping as it is some supernatural act. Few people are just fooling founders and investors for their personal benefit founders are so much dependent and hesitant to understand the ground realities that if this thing continues company will shut down very soon which is happening across the places in country very few outlets are functioning rest are getting closed or on the verge of being shut. Management politics, no job security, no one listen to real issues, no coordination everyone is busy marking out someone's else's faults. Cash not available with company or if available still they are not spending rather finding ways to cut the employee benefits and perks.
