In eklavya infra the working culture is very flexible and most of the best is proprietor is v good and humble person. All over it's a good place for work. Teammates are suppportive and management is transparent.

I worked in this organisation for 4 years and my experience is very good,All seniors are very supportive even directors are also very supportive and you don't have to face any kind of problem, be it in your work or in your office culture, In everything salary is on time, I have never had any problems in 4 years.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
