Firstly the work culture is amazing, As an Intern all the mentors are enthusiastic which makes working more fun than a burden. One thing I like the most is they have a helping nature towards Interns and all employee are sincere towards their work. Each and Every employee works with 100% dedication to make sure the outcome comes the best. Also the Mentors are skilled enough with good enough knowledge of their domain. My mentors are always there to evaluate as well as correct me. They focus more on the Quality of working not the quantity. The working environment of ekeeda is simply amazing. Coworkers and team members are always there for working with coordination to achieve results. Our senior is always encouraging and guiding us on how to work more efficiently while teaching us various life lessons and acting as a mentor. I have learnt a lot from this internship yetthere is still so much more to learn, I am assertive that the communication skills that learnt from Ekeeda along with work Industry exposure will definitely be helpful in my career. Online meetings is the only one thing that I can criticize about. Though the real blame would be towards the current pandemic. I think my experience as an intern can be enhanced even further if I got to work there in person with such amazing people. There are many limitations of onilne meet such as delays network issues, improper coordination, etc. but I suppose this caveat arose due to the pandemic and not entirely the fault of the team....Read More
