Manager behaviour and only support diversity and promote them. Manage khud time se nahi aate hai. Jab kaam khtam hone ko hota hai...usse ek do ghante pahle aate hai Very bad party culture only drinks and non-veg nothing else No skill development. There is no any extra benifits except salarymark>. More deduction in salary, not much more in hand salary. No leave in cash.. take only leaves. No more leaves on festivals. Only support for Muslims festivals. Overall very rude culture in Flipkart. Work culture depends upon the top management working in that particular warehouse. It defer from FC to FC. No doubt job security is quite good here. Till the time you did not done any violation or crime, nobody will remove you. The top management of the whole organization may be good but that doesn't matter in your work-life. It completely depends upon your department managers, directors. Company policies are ok. I mean it gives you pretty much in competition. But doesn't provide Overtime pay.

Dislikes

Lack of vision of your senior can make you dumb work everyday. No body will listen unless you are in a senior position. Ideas are not wellcome here. The most hated thing, you can't have a particular day as your week off. It sucks. Due to roster balance, you may have to work 9 or 10 days continuously without any week off. Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

The job is quite interesting. I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.
