work life balance is awful. Not worth of money. What would you do with money if you won’t get time to use it. You’re their labour and not an engineer. Your work, your efforts and your self respect are not valued, there are people who are technically sound but professionally they zero. Don’t believe? Go & experience it. Have a adventurous life :)

Work Details

There’s certainly technical growth there. I grew technical a lot and ended up messing with my personal life as couldn’t given time to self & family. So yeah don’t want to recall that duration of nightmare

With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! I’m looking for career shift Help will be appreciated. Current role Project engineer handling projects related to environmental compliance. FYI
