The thing I like about the company is that you learn to work under any circumstances

Dislikes

There is a discrepancy when it comes to the work being done and the appreciation towards the hard work put in. Long work hours are exhausting and a few words from the management would make the team feel good. The HR team somewhere is not flexible specially when it comes to the concern about the team accommodation and the staff looking after it is not cooperative. The pay is less with very long working hours and the benefits provided to the staff in comparison to the other competing brands are nothing....Read More

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
