the company allow you to build a good relations over the Egyptian Oil/Gas sector, also you can have initiatives in many different areas to innovate creative solution.

Dislikes

recently top management doesn't support creativity, training programs and there is no fair promotion strategy. also compensations are not good compared with sister companies in the same sector.
