While working in Egis i came to know that nothing is permanent. If company gets money on your name than you are inside company otherwise you will be thrown away. Work culture term not available inside Egis dictionary. There is no value of technical knowledge it only pays off who can manage to butter all time. Company policies are only for H.O team and not site team.

Therefore, "Egis India" searching for a candidates (Engineers) who will work in less CTC but must have outstanding credentials in a candidate's career.
