"Egis India" works in a Joint venture (JV) with other consulting firms, so "Egis India" doesn't have complete authority to take decisions and actions solely. - Job timing and rotational shift depend on the Project site and its management. The consultant firms market are so competitive that "Egis India" bids at very low quotation and gets awarded. Therefore, "Egis India" searching for a candidates (Engineers) who will work in less CTC but must have outstanding credentials in a candidate's career. In that way "Egis India" earns nearly about 50% commission from candidate CTC by recruiting such Engineers.
