Don't think it as a Egis - India, the culture here is toxic (not at all of an MNC) regular local companies have a SOP but EDC has none, senior Management has no experience in this sector. So most of time they are seen saving their jobs rather than giving supportive inputs. Its total a pathetic situation in here. Work timings extend to manh a time to 3AM to 4 AM morning twice a week.

Dislikes

Most of the time rework or abortive work due to inexperienced seniors. Nobody has a fixed role. Thats why one has to work day and night, even on saturdays and sundays. I would ask any newbie not to join here just for the sake of few percent of increament and disbalancing their work and stability. Only one's who want a MNC tag for a shortterm can join.

"Egis India" is a consulting company. I can't say anything more about company because they leave the Engineers on the project site to work. "Egis India" works in a Joint venture (JV) with other consulting firms, so "Egis India" doesn't have complete authority to take decisions and actions solely. - Job timing and rotational shift depend on the Project site and its management. The consultant firms market are so competitive that "Egis India" bids at very low quotation and gets awarded. Therefore, "Egis India" searching for a candidates (Engineers) who will work in less CTC but must have outstanding credentials in a candidate's career. In that way "Egis India" earns nearly about 50% commission from candidate CTC by recruiting such Engineers.
