No yearly Increment and overtime of the present month vl receive leaving 1 month gap means 3rd month. No other facilites after completeing 2 years the same salary in hand

As a senior Electrician I do my job honestly but no one cares even unexperienced person receive the same pay scale that also more than the experienced person.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
