Worst organization that i have seen in my entire career, i would strongly recommend the candidates not join this organization, 0% job security and no scope No proper leadership, its one man decision, no governance, they will hire all the top company employees and they will provide the expected CTC as well but inactual they will not have enough work load for that role and they will realize after 1 or 2 months and immediately they will fire the employee giving stupid reason, they started this company in 2019, since then they hired around 2000 candidates and they already fired more than 1500 employees, this clearly shows how stupidly they are running this organization....Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..

Well, everyweek they fire a few people without notice, when we see their status as offline, one can automatically assume that they have been asked to leave. Everyday, poeple log in with dread that this might be their last day.

Dislikes

People are polite to your face, and critical of you and your work behind your back. They ask atleast 20-25 people to leave every week. I guess the HR team is happy as their job remains in demand.
