Education - there is a complex program for newbies. Team - coworkers are nice and ready to help if you didn't get something. Salary - it depends on a sales interest, so if you sell a lot you get a lot.

Dislikes

Have to use own equipment - a micro and a computer. Low fixed wage - most of the salary is the sale interest, so if sell badly, you won't get much.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
