I like the atmosphere in the office, senior managment is alsways glad to help and give me advice in things that I don't get much experience. Education - there is a complex program for newbies. Team - coworkers are nice and ready to help if you didn't get something. Salary - it depends on a sales interest, so if you sell a lot you get a lot.

Have to use own equipment - a micro and a computer. Low fixed wage - most of the salary is the sale interest, so if sell badly, you won't get much.
