The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.I love the fact that I am part of a team that markets reliable ,high and has a global clients. I had travelled Nigeria for 3 times on TWP visa permit.More over all over India I had to power plants , Refinery and gas plants( ongc and Reliance ,Adani and Tata) and other fertilizer plants.I also like the employee rehire policy.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent ,but growth is slow. The work is very high . Some times ,I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.Team work used to be done , suggestions used to taken by Manager and sr.engineers.I do receive appreciation emails and phone calls from my clients, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid year appraisals.Also there is a on job training for Freshers,hence seniors we have to guide them....Read More

Work Details

My work is challenging as I have to look after the entire power plant in shut down , product marketing and distribution life cycle as well as manage day to day yield operations.As long as I get to work closely with the client it will be a good experience.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)
