The experience was horrific to be honest. Let me articulate the synopsis. 1. Working hours were ridiculously long( 11 hours,yes you read right, 9 am-8 pm is the regulation shift) & often stretched even longer. 2. Absolutely absence of transparency in the management. It took me forever to figure who is placed where in the pecking order. Which,in turn made my life miserable as the instructions were never precise or clear. 3. The company is a one man show and thus there is no clear career graph or growth pattern observed ever. One has to be at the mercy of the owner's frequent mood swings. 4. Tremendous shortage of professional courtesy. The way I was bullied and harassed was nothing short of mental torture. One is a victim of constant teasing about ethnicity and race. Career counselling, attending and arranging seminars, teaching language to students, drafting elaborate marketing plans and implementing them,reaching targets month-on-month basis.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)
