Nothing its a very terrible and pressure cooker company, typically depends on the mood of a single person. its MD is too horrible and misbehavior with employees. even speak loose words and abusive language.

You have to work day and night, otherwise you will get abused by your seniors , Salary is not paid on time and expenses remain pending for 2 to 4 months

I worked for 1 year and 9 months, The behavior of the boss there is very bad, he abuses and sometimes even raises his hand, due to which no employee stays for the required time.
