There's a lot of dirt in the Java team, and the managers are responsible. There's a particular Java manager, Mr. Goel, who's also a company director. He goes and tells the GM about every small thing. This is typically what women do, not men. He badmouths everyone, goes to every higher authority, and complains. He's been with the company for a long time but still indulges in gossip to stay in the owner's good books. He does this while working, so he can maintain his position. Everyone dislikes talking to the second manager, Mr. Singh, as he's even worse. He's like a grandfather figure to Mr. Goel and excels at creating divisions among people. He informs the owner about every small issue and has a habit of speaking rudely. Nobody wants to interact with Mr. Singh in Edunext because he only likes those who can tolerate his disrespect. Now, there's another woman who's like a spy, going back and forth between the two managers, gossiping, and creating trouble for everyone else. No matter which profile you're in, these three personalities will trouble you at some point. I recently had the unfortunate experience of working here, and I must say it was one of the most disheartening professional environments I've encountered. The company’s work culture is toxic, with little to no support for employees. There’s a lack of teamwork and collaboration, with many individuals focused solely on their own taskswithout any effort to assist one another. Communication is poor, leading to confusion, frustration, and unnecessary mistakes that could easily have been avoided with better coordination. The working environment itself is just as discouraging. The office space is outdated, cramped, and uninspiring, which only adds to the overall sense of discomfort. It seems like there’s little regard for employee well-being, both physically and mentally. The workload is often unreasonable, with no work-life balance and unrealistic expectations, making it difficult for employees to maintain a healthy lifestyle. To make matters worse, the behavior of the HR department is appalling. Instead of being a resource for support, they seem to be completely disconnected from the realities of the workplace. They are dismissive of employee concerns, unresponsive to feedback, and lack any genuine care for resolving issues. Any attempt to raise concerns about workplace conditions is met with indifference, and it feels like the HR team’s only priority is protecting the company’s reputation rather than advocating for the employees.
