There is no good and safe workplace for female candidates. None of the managers possess leadership qualities; everyone just exploits those below them. There's intense jealousy among the employees; no one wants you to progress more than them, they will pull you down. The CTO lacks decency in dealing with female employees; he is a very despicable person. They don't follow policies where they should. Those who don't work and are under the CTO get salary increments, while those who work diligently don't get any increment. Managers consider themselves great; if there's any issue in a project, they blame it all on juniors. They don't reply to emails; you have to ask repeatedly....Read More

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
