For my first job, I could have not asked for a more cooperative and supporive company. I joined as a content writer 3 months back and the exposure and learning have been great. There is so much to learn and the bosses here are actually like mentors and always ready to guide.

The organization has a transparent working culture and the management is very supportive. I have been here for 3 years in the quality assurance department and I can tell you that there is no favoritism here ever. People get the dues for their hard work like I did. It is one great organization to be a part of.

I am thankful to Education Culture for first giving me an internship opportunity in python and then offering me a full-time job offer with an attractive salary. The salaries in this company are very competitive and you get good amount of training for upskilling which really helps in career growth. Best organization in Punjab to grow personally and professionally.

In this company, employers respect employees a lot and there is professional sophistication. My project manager and company heads are very supportive and are always pushing us to bring out the best in us. I am working here in the marketing team for 1.5 years now and the practical exposure has been great. Kudos to Education Culture, the best employer in Ludhiana.
