संस्था मे कर्मचारियों का शोषण अधिक किया जाता है जब कोई आवाज उठाता है तो उसके खिलाफ कार्यवाई कर निकाल दिया जाता है और सैलरी भी अनावश्यक चीजो पर काट ली जाती है बिना किसी जानकारी के।
